A significant share of new developments are sold off-plan before they are advertised. Carmen González leads new build for the team and manages the relationship with developers: she knows which projects are coming, at what price and at what stage each one stands.

The developer first, then the home

Before you reserve, we verify the building licence, the timeline and that any sums paid on account are protected by a bank guarantee or insurance, as Spanish law requires. Should anything be out of order, we will tell you at that point.

The true cost, beyond the brochure

New build in Spain is not subject to transfer tax; VAT and stamp duty apply instead. We provide the full cost of the acquisition before you sign anything, notary and land registry included.
