Ricardo Ruiz
Ricardo Ruiz Esparza Plascencia is a Mexican entrepreneur and real estate specialist, born and raised in the vibrant city of Guadalajara, Mexico. After finishing high school He moved to New Zealand to study Business English. Seeking further education, Ricardo moved to London, UK, where he studied fine art and architecture.
After finishing his studies, Ricardo pursued a career in the hospitality industry by opening his own restaurant in London. The restaurant was a success, and he later sold it to pursue a career in managing large venues such as nightclubs and beach clubs located in various cities around the world including Miami, Dubai, Ibiza, Turin, and Marbella. It was while living in Marbella that Ricardo discovered the real estate business, bringing back his passion for architecture, which led him to specialise in luxury real estate.
Outside of his professional life, Ricardo has a passion for contemporary and modern art, photography, architecture, design, and sports. He also enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to different parts of the world while learning from different cultures.
In collaboration with Fernando Gil, Ricardo has started the Exclusive Real Estate Team, specialising in luxury properties for discerning clients. Ricardo's background in architecture and his experience in managing large venues have provided him with a unique perspective in the real estate industry. With his passion for design and dedication to excellence, Ricardo continues to provide exceptional service to his clients.
